Non-Physical Contact Inducing Ritual

This ritual for inducing lactation requires no physical contact between partners and has proven helpful with increasing milk production. This method is particularly useful for women who have achieved a few drops of white milk, but have not yet been able to effectively increase their milk supply beyond a teaspoon, per each session. This method may also be attractive to women who have less than supportive partners. And because it requires no physical contact, her partner may be either male or female. No special preparations are required for this ritual, with the exception of a single lit candle.

The ritual involves verbally guiding the lactating lady through a manual stimulation and hand expression session. With a lady dressed only in a robe or other garment that allows her breast to be freely exposed, seat her in a comfortable chair facing the burning candle. The nursing partner in this ritual will serve only as a verbal guide and must be seated to the right or left of the lady, slightly out of her field of vision. The room should be darkened to a non-distracting soft glow. The guide should make no distracting moves during the session, nor should any attempt be made to capture or measure her milk. Her sole focus should be on the physical act of making milk.

In a normal tone of voice, the guide should begin by asking a few short, simple questions such as, "are you comfortable?", to draw her attention to his voice. The dialog in this ritual is only a guideline and each guide must adapt these suggestions to fit the unique personalties of both himself and the lactating lady. This ritual becomes even more effective as the guide becomes more practiced and comfortable in his role. There is no upper time limit for this ritual; however, it should last at least 20 minutes.

  • Continue by saying: Just let yourself relax for a few moments, (Pause), let your eyes focus on the candle and relax....
  • Let your mind clear, (pause), feel the cares of the day fade from your thoughts.....
  • Let the soft glow of the candle fill your thoughts, (pause), and warm your soul.....

Continue to verbally focus her thoughts on relaxing and calming her mind. During this ritual, the guide must use all of his powers of perception to sense her subconscious mental state. If you are unfamiliar with metaphysics, try to *feel* what she is feeling, rather than seeing what she is doing. When you sense she is becoming receptive to your voice, unnoticeably commute your voice into a calm monotone, which conveys both strength and command. Both the cadence at which you speak and your tone of voice is of equal importance to the dialog it's self.

  • Continue in a slow steady monotone: Feel me near you, (pause), Bringing you peace, (pause), Protecting you.....
  • Feel the need to breast feed welling up within you, (pause), Feel the energy growing inside you, (pause), Feel me close to you, needing to be fed.....
  • Without moving your eyes from the candle, focus your mind within your body, (pause), feel the need to connect with me spiritually....
  • Feel your breasts swell with fluids, engorging, (pause), Preparing to feed me , (pause), Feel your need to breast feed growing within you....
  • Let your soul become shrouded in the tranquillity of lactation, (pause), With the peace of lactation, fill your soul , (pause), Feel yourself glowing....
  • Feel the energy within you rising, (pause), needing to connect, (pause), needing to be nursed....
  • Feel your desire swell, (pause), Needing to feel my touch upon your breasts, (pause), Feel your nipples, erect, and wanting to be suckled , (pause), Needing to be suckled....
  • With all of your energy, focus within your mind, (pause), Now reach out to me. (pause), And touch me with your soul!
  • Feel me reach out to you, (pause), Touching you, (pause), Embracing you, (pause), Needing to be fed from your body.....
  • Focus and feel my need....
  • Feel the tranquility of my shroud engulf you, (pause), Protecting you, (pause), Keeping you safe.....

When you sense that she is connecting subconsciously or spiritually, change the focus from connecting spiritually to preparing her breasts to lactate.

  • Continue: As I prepare to massage your breasts, feel my kiss on each nipple....
  • Feel my strong hands touch and warm your breasts....
  • Feel my strong hands massage your breasts, pulling the milk toward me, (pause), Feel my hands massaging and moving the milk toward your nipples....
  • Feel the milk moving through your milk ducts, toward your nipples, (pause), Tingling as milk let-down begins....
  • Feel your nipples, (pause), Hard and erect, (pause), Filling with milk, (pause), Needing to be suckled....
  • See pearls of milk begin to form on the tip of each nipple, (pause), As the milk let-down becomes complete....
  • See the beautiful pearls of milk falling from your nipples, (pause), Shattering in your lap....
  • Feel your hands, in my hands, (pause), Massaging your breasts, (pause), Pulling the milk toward me , (pause), We are as one....
  • At this point, the lady should begin massaging one or both breasts with her hands, beginning at the base of her breasts and moving the milk toward her nipples.
  • Feel your breasts swollen and engorged, (pause), Begging for relief, (pause), Needing to be suckled....
  • See the tip of my tongue catch a falling pearl, (pause), And disappear as I pull your nipple between my lips....

  • Feel your nipple being sucked inside my mouth and latched onto, ,(pause), Feel my hunger pulling milk from your breast, (pause), Needing to be fed, (pause), Give me your milk, (pause), Feed me......

At this point you will verbally guide the lady into the physical act of making milk. Unnoticed, commute your voice to become a more forceful and commanding, placing increasing subconscious demands on her body to make milk. During this period of the session you will need to metaphysically sense that the lady has become focused entirely on the physical act of making and expressing milk.

  • Continue: I want your milk, (pause), Give me all of your milk, (pause), Let it flow to me, (pause), Feed me!....
  • Let your milk down, (pause), Give it to me, (pause), All of it, (pause), I am hungry and I need to be fed, (pause), make more milk for me....
  • Feel my hunger, (pause), Feed me....
  • The food from your body is making me strong, (pause), Give me more....
  • I can feel the milk from your breast flowing into my body, (pause), Making me stronger, (pause), It is good!....
  • Give me more....
  • Your milk tastes, so good, (pause), I want more, (pause), feed me from your body!....

Continue placing verbal and subconscious demands on her body to make more milk until she either runs out of milk or your hunger subsides. As a guide, you must completely allow yourself to get into the subconscious role of a nursing partner. Both the guide and the lactating lady must connect. Use this ritual as a guide and tailor the dialog to your own unique personality

The appearance of white drops of milk, while inducing lactation, is an indication that a woman's mammary glands are healthy and functional. Mammary glands have neither thought nor intelligence; healthy, functional mammary glands will continue to make milk as long as they are stimulated by the proper body chemistry. By using both verbal and subconscious metaphysical communication, this ritual is one way of creating the proper body chemistry.

Infants are the masters at removing milk from a woman's breasts, and when an infant misses a feeding and becomes very hungry, the child will place both verbal and subconscious demands on it's mother to be fed. The mother will respond by entirely focusing her conscious thoughts on the physical act of making milk for the child. Even though infants communicate verbally with cries and adults communicate verbally with words, the basic principal is the same. The woman's subconscious is being stimulated to create the body chemistry that will result in increased lactation.

This ritual has worked in the past; however, it is of the utmost importance that the lactating woman let go of any and all self doubts and negative thoughts during this ritual, and submit herself totally meeting the physical breast feeding needs of her nursing partner, even though there is no physical contact.
