Non-Physical Contact Inducing RitualThis ritual for inducing lactation requires no physical contact between partners and has proven helpful with increasing milk production. This method is particularly useful for women who have achieved a few drops of white milk, but have not yet been able to effectively increase their milk supply beyond a teaspoon, per each session. This method may also be attractive to women who have less than supportive partners. And because it requires no physical contact, her partner may be either male or female. No special preparations are required for this ritual, with the exception of a single lit candle. The ritual involves verbally guiding the lactating lady through a manual stimulation and hand expression session. With a lady dressed only in a robe or other garment that allows her breast to be freely exposed, seat her in a comfortable chair facing the burning candle. The nursing partner in this ritual will serve only as a verbal guide and must be seated to the right or left of the lady, slightly out of her field of vision. The room should be darkened to a non-distracting soft glow. The guide should make no distracting moves during the session, nor should any attempt be made to capture or measure her milk. Her sole focus should be on the physical act of making milk. In a normal tone of voice, the guide should begin by asking a few short, simple questions such as, "are you comfortable?", to draw her attention to his voice. The dialog in this ritual is only a guideline and each guide must adapt these suggestions to fit the unique personalties of both himself and the lactating lady. This ritual becomes even more effective as the guide becomes more practiced and comfortable in his role. There is no upper time limit for this ritual; however, it should last at least 20 minutes.
Continue to verbally focus her thoughts on relaxing and calming her mind. During this ritual, the guide must use all of his powers of perception to sense her subconscious mental state. If you are unfamiliar with metaphysics, try to *feel* what she is feeling, rather than seeing what she is doing. When you sense she is becoming receptive to your voice, unnoticeably commute your voice into a calm monotone, which conveys both strength and command. Both the cadence at which you speak and your tone of voice is of equal importance to the dialog it's self.
When you sense that she is connecting subconsciously or spiritually, change the focus from connecting spiritually to preparing her breasts to lactate.
At this point you will verbally guide the lady into the physical act of making milk. Unnoticed, commute your voice to become a more forceful and commanding, placing increasing subconscious demands on her body to make milk. During this period of the session you will need to metaphysically sense that the lady has become focused entirely on the physical act of making and expressing milk.
Continue placing verbal and subconscious demands on her body to make more milk until she either runs out of milk or your hunger subsides. As a guide, you must completely allow yourself to get into the subconscious role of a nursing partner. Both the guide and the lactating lady must connect. Use this ritual as a guide and tailor the dialog to your own unique personality The appearance of white drops of milk, while inducing lactation, is an indication that a woman's mammary glands are healthy and functional. Mammary glands have neither thought nor intelligence; healthy, functional mammary glands will continue to make milk as long as they are stimulated by the proper body chemistry. By using both verbal and subconscious metaphysical communication, this ritual is one way of creating the proper body chemistry. Infants are the masters at removing milk from a woman's breasts, and when an infant misses a feeding and becomes very hungry, the child will place both verbal and subconscious demands on it's mother to be fed. The mother will respond by entirely focusing her conscious thoughts on the physical act of making milk for the child. Even though infants communicate verbally with cries and adults communicate verbally with words, the basic principal is the same. The woman's subconscious is being stimulated to create the body chemistry that will result in increased lactation. This ritual has worked in the past; however, it is of the utmost importance that the lactating woman let go of any and all self doubts and negative thoughts during this ritual, and submit herself totally meeting the physical breast feeding needs of her nursing partner, even though there is no physical contact. | ||||
