How Lactation and Adult Nursing Interrelate with the Metaphysical

This article was written in response to a question posted in Mysticism, Magick and Lactation.

Question: "The subject of the metaphysical has been raised several times throughout our group's postings." "Would there be a way to start introducing how the metaphysical approach might effect the inducing, relactating or lactating woman?"

Response: The human body is a biochemical container in which we, as metaphysical entities, exist. As a metaphysical life form we are most often referred to as the human soul. Meta, meaning "non or beyond"; physical, meaning "of matter or substance". I dislike using the term psychic; with Hollywood and the printed media being what it is, the word psychic has such a cheesy definition these days. I prefer to use the term "people with unique metaphysical talents". There are two Universes, the Physical Universe and the Metaphysical or Incorporeal Universe. Because the laws of physics and metaphysics are unlike, both Universes are able to exist in the same place, at the same time. The Physical Universe was created from, and within, the Incorporeal Universe. Both Universes exist without bounds, existing at every place, at every time. The Physical Universe exists with a myriad of physical substances, of which every thing is made; the Metaphysical or Incorporeal Universe exists with a single occupant, the energy which is life it's self. In the Physical Universe we are able to exist as individuals, capable of independent thought; in the Incorporeal Universe, the sum total of every entity which exists, at every place, at every time, is one. Our souls exist in the incorporeal universe as do grains of sand exist on a beach; there are countless numbers of grains of sand, but only one beach. Birth and death are physical concepts; in the Incorporeal Universe, we are neither born, nor die, we simply evolve.

The wonderful creation of the physical human body has given us the beauty of independent thought; however, on the other side of the coin, it separates and isolates us from each other. Those of us who are called psychics are able, (for whatever reason), to extend our metaphysical selves beyond the confines of our physical bodies and connect with each other. When we metaphysically connect, we are not only connected to each other, we are also connected through the Metaphysical Universe, and once again become as one with the Metaphysical. When two people with unique metaphysical talents meld together as one, they can become soul mates. While in some cases the bond may be broken by either person, for many of us, the bond is eternal. When a couple is bound together as soul mates, they share thoughts and emotions as if they were a single entity with separate, yet inseparable thoughts and emotions, each completing the other. Because we are all on different metaphysical or spiritual paths, this phenomena usually consciously manifests it's self in different ways for different people. One person may sense the emotions of their mate, while another may sense the thoughts of their mate. In the metaphysical subconscious, there is no separation of thoughts and emotions between soul mates, it is only in the conscious memory they become separated.

When the bond of soul mates is applied to lactation and adult nursing, the couple is able to communicate their needs and desires to each other at a metaphysical subconscious level. When the person being breast fed needs to be recharged spiritually, he or she will metaphysically convey that need to their lactating soul mate, and in turn she is able to open herself and allow the energy of life to fill them both. Not only is the person suckling replenished, both soul mates are permeated with the energy that constitutes life it's self. Hence the glow that a woman who is lactating and breast feeding experiences. Even others who aren't aware that she is breast feeding will notice the glow. There is no limit to the reservoir of metaphysical energy, it is eternal.

If the person who is suckling needs to be nourished with food, the lactating woman will subconsciously alter her body chemistry in such a way as to cause her mammary glands to synthesize milk from body fluids and secrete it to the nipple, where it may be suckled by her soul mate. The needs of the suckling person, whether the hunger is spiritual or physical, is conveyed to the lactating woman at a metaphysical subconscious level. An adult nursing relationship is a symbiotic relationship, based the need to nourish and be nourished, either spiritually or nutritionally.

While almost everyone is capable of connecting metaphysically, the phenomena is relatively rare. One of the key inhibitors is a persons inability to let go. At the center of our being, there is a tiny portion of vulnerability that we protect at all costs. To connect metaphysically, you must be able to let go completely; no emotion, no thought, no vulnerability may be held back; you have to let go! When a couple connects metaphysically, one of the things you will be aware of is the complete lack of anything physical, there is even no awareness of having a physical body. You are, however, aware of the separate thoughts of your soul mate, yet there seems to be only one being. A word of caution, even though the metaphysical connection causes no physical harm, the beauty of the experience can be overwhelming. It is a bit of a surprise when you first unquestionably realize, there is no true birth or death, only transition.

Why metaphysics and lactation? When a woman reaches the "Perfect State of Lactation, she is often able to reach a higher state of metaphysical consciousness. The perfect state of lactation does not necessarily mean a large volume of milk, rather it is a psychological/emotional state of being. When soul mates are meld together at their profoundest state of metaphysical awareness, it is possible to channel the flow of metaphysical energy to alter a series of events that will bring about an eventual result. If enough people with unique metaphysical talents are united in a profound state of metaphysical awareness, it would be possible to channel enough metaphysical energy to alter the course of human events, which would bring about the eventual result of world peace.
